GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOTV) - Grab a pair of jeans from Goodwill to make this on-trend skirt. Decide how long you want your skirt and cut jeans to that length.
Next, cut along the seam of the crotch and the leg inseam to create the skirt opening. Flip the skirt over and apply fabric glue on the material to bond the layers together.
Then, fold the glued seam over to one side and press everything down to make sure the back is smooth. Flip the skirt back over so the front is facing up.
Slip the end of one of the pant legs you previously cut underneath the top layer and use your pencil to mark a section of the material that will fill the gap. Cut the material out from the pant leg and glue it onto the bottom side of the front layer of the skirt. Then fold and glue the front seam over to the side.
