KENTWOOD, Mich. (WOTV) Maranda is bringing the heat to Kentwood with the fifth West Michigan Maranda Park Party of the summer!
The Maranda Park Party will take place on Thursday, July 21 at East Kentwood High School. The event will have the most attractions of any Maranda Park Party to date! Nine rides and activities including the Ferris Wheel, Giant Bounce House with slide, Football and Basketball inflatables, and a special bounce house just for toddlers. Viewers’ choice was a tie between the Zip Line and the Giant Obstacle Course, so we’re bringing both!
There will be free haircuts from Grand Rapids First Church, fun games and activities from dozens of area organizations, and don’t miss a special presentation by Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus!
Storm Team 8 is calling for a very hot day, with temperatures into the 90s. Maranda wants to remind families to keep their loved ones hydrated with plenty of water. The team is bringing a generous donation of bottled water from Pepsi, but party-goers are encouraged to bring their own.>>> Storm Team 8 forecast
Remember to bring a bag of gently used items to donate to Bethany’s Thrift Store and receive a free entertainment book!
