From the 42nd Annual Amway River Bank run to Mother’s Day, I have a complete list of fun and affordable things going on around West Michigan this weekend!
The River Bank Run is back for its 42nd year through the streets of Grand Rapids! The race will take place on Saturday, May 11th starting at 7am in downtown Grand Rapids. This run features the largest 25K in the country and brings out thousands of runners and spectators. The run includes the 25K, 25K Handcycle and Wheelchair race, 10K, 5K Run, and 5K walk.
REPLAY: The Exhibition, Lego Exhibit
Exhibit opens May 9th
The Muskegon Museum of Art is hosting REPLAY: The Exhibition, which is an exhibit of sculptures made entirely of LEGOS! This exhibit begins on May 9th and is open until August 18th!
Grand Rapids Symphony presents Star Wars, Star Trek, Middle Earth, and more

Grand Rapids Pop is putting on a pretty spectacular show at DeVos Performance Hall this weekend with an adventurous performance geared around fantasy movies! Their show will feature musical highlights from various films such as Star Wars, Star Trek, Superman, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and more. Tickets for this show are $18 for adults, and just $5 for students of all ages! The performance begins at 8pm.
