Project SEARCH creates opportunities for students with disabilities
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOTV) - Here in West Michigan, Project SEARCH partners with Hope Network, Michigan Rehabilitation Services, Fifth Third Bank, and Grand Rapids Public School. Together, they help secure employment for students with cognitive disabilities. By teaching time management, problem solving, and other skills, they help students make the transition from school to work. The program boosts students’ confidence and empowers them to succeed in the workforce.
