GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) – These winter months can be cold and dark, and unfortunately this is a time for many people where depression, stress and anxiety really see a spike. Our friends at Priority Health have shared with us that it is completely normal and that people who experience this are not alone. Priority Health Behavioral Health Manager, Beth Courbier, shared some helpful tips on how to “be bright” during these tough times for mental health.
