GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) – We head to Holland to visit a home that offers foster families hope and healing called Michigan Fosters Journey Home.
The home provides a welcoming and neutral space for families involved in the foster care system and will be a place of comfort for children as they journey home.
