There will be many opportunities to see the Internationial Space Station over the next couple weeks. First, the position of the sun allows for more opportunities to see the Space Station in late spring and summer, plus we have more clear nights now than we have from mid-fall to early spring. The complete list of times for West Michigan is at this link. There are great opportunities from the 15th into early next week. However, most of them are in the early morning (or during one of our newscasts when I’ll be busy). The best one is Sat. May 18 at 4:45 AM, when the station will be as close to directly overhead as I can remember it ever being.
