Wednesday, the Whitecaps had to cancel their open workout due to snow on the field.

When it gets too cold, fans can warm themselves up with some unique food that will be served at Fifth Third Ballpark this season.

The winner of the 2018 food contest was the Mt. Wing-suvius, a mixture of mac ‘n’ cheese, beer cheese and buffalo chicken stuffed inside an onion ring tower.

The Whitecaps are adding a few new items to their menus this season, including Asian Noodle Bowls, Deep-fried Bananas Fosters Cheesecake Bites and Cheese Curds.
