VICKSBURG, Mich. (WOOD) — Kalamazoo United was unable to overcome six turnovers in a loss to Unity Christian on Saturday.
Unity Christian stormed out to a 26-0 lead in the first half and headed into halftime with a 26-7 advantage.
In the third quarter, the Crusaders scored the first touchdown of the half to extend the lead to 39-14.
Both teams scored a touchdown in the final period, but Unity Christian never relinquished its lead in the game.
The Crusaders will take on Swan Valley at 1 p.m. next Saturday in Greenville.
