HOLLAND, Mich. (WOOD) — Over 100 football players from 60 school districts across Michigan gathered at Hope College on Friday to play in the Addix All-Star Game.

The game was played at Hope’s Ray and Sue Smith Stadium and had athletes from all over the state’s lower peninsula, including multiple players from West Michigan.

Kalamazoo Central’s Archie Swindle was one of those West Michigan athletes, and he scored a touchdown in the third quarter.

Funds raised by the game will benefit Gilda’s Club, which provides free cancer and grief support programs for people in West Michigan.
