GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — The Football Frenzy is back!
The season kicked off Thursday night, although weather conditions postponed several games. More games are to come Friday.
We spotlighted these games:
- Whitehall beat Unity Christian 34-28
- Grandville beat Grand Blanc 41-13

- Kenowa Hills beat Fruitport 18-10
- Spring Lake beat Montague 34-28
- Grand Ledge beat West Ottawa 37-30
- Holland Christian beat Holland 42-6
- Schoolcraft beat Comstock 45-0
- Allendale beat Greenville 28-8
- Hudsonville beat Howell 28-2
These games were postponed or canceled because of the weather:
- Muskegon Oakridge at Sparta: The score was 0-0 at the first quarter
- Stevensville Lakeshore at Zeeland West: Zeeland West led 16-0 at the first quarter
- Muskegon Reeths-Puffer at Grand Haven: Muskegon Reeths-Puffer led 14-7 at the second quarter
- Coopersville at Otsego: Coopersville led 14-0 at the first quarter
- Cedar Springs at East Grand Rapids
- Loy Norrix at Kalamazoo Central
- Hamilton at Plainwell
- East Lansing at Portage Central
- Portage Northern at Vicksburg
- Williamston at Zeeland East
- Mattawan at Lowell
- Grant at Kelloggsville
- Forest Hills Northern at Wyoming
The weather also led some games, like Schoolcraft at Comstock, to push back their kickoff times.
