WB I-94 reopens after several semi-truck slide-offs

HARTFORD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — The westbound lanes of I-94 have reopened after several semi-truck slide-offs in Van Buren County Wednesday morning. 

The closure happened around 2 a.m. at mile marker 45, west of the Hartford exit near the Berrien-Van Buren County line, after four semi-trucks slide off the highway, Van Buren County dispatchers said.

Shortly after 6 a.m., one lane of westbound reopened then all reopened around 7 a.m. Wednesday.  

It’s unclear if anyone was injured in the crashes.
