SOUTH HAVEN, Mich. (WOOD) — A man who is accused of hiding a camera inside a South Haven restaurant bathroom faces 15 felony charges.
Court documents show 22-year-old Seth Walle faces 15 charges of capturing or distributing an image of an unclothed person. Each charge carries a maximum sentence of up to five years in prison.
His bond was set at $1 million.
Police in South Haven were tipped off in April after a camera was found in the employee bathroom at Clementine’s, located near the intersection of Center and Phoenix streets.
Walle is due in court on Aug. 30 for a preliminary hearing.
