MUSKEGON HEIGHTS, (WOOD) — Neighbors of a vacant home that was under construction called the Muskegon City Fire Department early Tuesday morning after noticing it was on fire.
Authorities told 24 Hour News 8 that firefighters showed up to the 3100 block of Temple Street near W. Lincoln Avenue just after 4:30 a.m. to find a vacant home that had flames showing through the roof of the building.
The fire was out within 30 minutes and no one was injured or inside.
The Muskegon Heights Fire Department posted video from a firefighter’s helmet camera on YouTube later Tuesday.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
