GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Forbes magazine’s 2016 list of the world’s richest people is out, and once again some big West Michigan names are on it.

Hank and Doug Meijer — the brothers who co-chair Meijer supermarkets — dropped 21 spots from last year to No. 139. They are now collectively worth $8.2 billion.

Rich DeVos, the co-founder of Amway, fell 49 places to No. 308. He’s worth $4.7 billion.>>Online: The complete list from Forbes

Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates is still No. 1 with an estimated $75 billion net worth. Spanish clothing retailer Amancio Ortega took the No 2 spot, followed by Warren Buffet.

The biggest gainer on the list was Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, who moved up 10 spots from last year to take the No. 6 spot.

The list says real estate mogul-turned-presidential candidate Donald Trump as the 324th richest person. Despite claims from Trump that he is worth more than $10 billion, Forbes pegged his worth at $4.5 billion.
