BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) — The upcoming closure of a Battle Creek food plant will impact dozens of jobs.

The TreeHouse Private Brands plant on McCamly Street South near W. Dickman Road will begin closing June 30, according to paperwork filed with the state Thursday.

The closure is expected to impact more than 50 jobs, with the affected positions ranging from mill operators to lab analysts.

TreeHouse primarily operates in the breakfast foods business.
