Battle Creek Comerica bank robbed; no arrests

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) — Police are looking for the man who robbed a Battle Creek bank.

Officers say around 12:26 p.m. Friday, the man walked into the Comerica bank at 192 E. Columbia Avenue with a semi-automatic handgun, and took an undetermined amount of cash. He was last seen heading southeast.

The suspect is described as a white male between 6 feet and 6 feet 3 inches tall with a mustache. He was last seen wearing a burgundy wind breaker that may have been turned inside-out, blue jeans, yellow or tan shoes and a black and white bandana over his face.

He’s believed to be driving a white four-door sedan with a hubcap missing on the front driver’s side.
