WYOMING, Mich. (WOOD) — Police are looking for the man who robbed a bank branch in Wyoming Tuesday afternoon.
It happened shortly before 5 p.m. at the Fifth Third Bank on Chicago Drive at Godfrey Avenue SW.
The Wyoming Department of Public Safety says the suspect implied he had a weapon and then demanded cash. He got an undisclosed amount and then took off.
No one was hurt.
The robber was described as a Hispanic or Puerto Rican man in his 40s, standing about 5-foot-11 with a thin build. He had a mustache. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a gray winter hat, blue jeans and black tennis shoes. He may have been driving a gray SUV.
