WYOMING, Mich, (WOOD) — Wyoming police say a 9-year-old boy who they were looking for has been found safe.
The boy, Jaron Shepard, went missing Saturday night. Michigan State Police say he was left home alone after discipline issues. When his parents returned, he was gone.
Police say someone saw news reports Sunday morning and called to say Jaron was safe at a friend’s house. He had told the friend’s parent he had permission to stay the night.
