GRANDVILLE, Mich. (WOOD) — For the second time in October, an Ottawa County store has sold a Mega Millions ticket worth $1 million.

The winning numbers for Tuesday’s drawing were 5, 28, 62, 65, 70 and Mega Ball 5. Mega Millions officials said someone in South Carolina won the record $1.537 billion jackpot.

In Michigan, the Michigan Lottery said two tickets that matched five numbers for $1 million prizes were sold.

The winning lottery tickets were purchased at Bricks located at 862 44th Street SW in Georgetown Township and Ric’s Food Center in Mount Pleasant.

Bricks also sold a $2 million Michigan Raffle ticket on Oct. 3 to an Ottawa County mom.

The lucky ticket holders must submit an online claim then visit the Michigan Lottery headquarters in Lansing.

A Bricks employee told 24 Hour News 8 they will have extra staff for Wednesday’s Powerball drawing with an estimated $620 million jackpot.
