GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — New Holland Brewing’s newest brewpub is starting to take shape in Grand Rapids.
The Knickerbocker Pub will be located at the corner of Bridge Street and Broadway Avenue.
Company officials took 24 Hour News 8 inside the pub’s new kitchen Thursday.
“We see this as a teaching and learning kitchen. We’ll have banquets, a cocktail lounge, full service in the dining room. This is a place where no matter where you are in your kitchen career, you can come and grow and learn new techniques,” said Joel Peterson, vice president of marketing for New Holland Brewing.
Last month, New Holland Brewing held a hiring event to find 150 workers for the Knickerbocker. Owners hope to have the restaurant up and running sometime this fall.
