GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — The Rapid will be ending its services at 7 p.m. on Friday.

In a post on Facebook, the bus service said it was suspending services for “the safety and well-being of our drivers and customers.”

The Rapid will have a limited schedule on Dec. 24, with most of the last buses leaving after 6 p.m. For the full schedule of changes, visit The Rapid’s website.

The bus system said there will be no service on Dec. 25, Christmas Day.

The city of Grand Rapids said the downtown DASH shuttle would also be stopping at 7 p.m. Friday evening.
