GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — The city of Grand Rapids brought in the holiday season with its annual tree lighting downtown on Friday.
People were not allowed to gather in Rosa Parks Circle like they normally would due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but it will be visible throughout the holiday season.
