Man found guilty of murder in 2019 death in Grand Rapids

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A man has been found guilty of murdering a 51-year-old in Grand Rapids in 2019.

Jordan Loomis was found guilty of felony murder in the death of James Earl Robertson, court records show.

Robertson’s body was found in December of 2019 in Ottawa County.

Loomis was then charged, accused of stabbing and killing Robertson.

Loomis’ sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 25, 2022.
