Man found guilty of murder charge in 2017 shooting

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A man was found guilty on murder charges in connection to a fatal shooting in Grand Rapids last year.

Andy Gonzales was found guilty April 20 of second-degree murder after originally being charged with open murder.

He was one of two men charged in the death of 23-year-old Dandre Terrell Bullis in a shooting in the 1400 block of Grandville Avenue SW last May.

Gonzales was also found guilty of assault and weapons charges.

The other man involved, Miguel Perez-Garcia, was charged with lying to police.
