The Amway River Bank Run Junior is this Wednesday, May 8^th at Grandville Middle School! This is a totally free race for all kids between the ages of 5-12 years old! Kids will be able to run a half mile or full mile. You can register for the race on the River Bank Run website or starting at 4:30pm on race day. The race starts at 5:30pm.

After the race, kids will have the opportunity to participate in fun activities such as inflatables, face painting, games and more. Kids will even get a chance to meet champion professional snowboarder Jake Vedder!

Jake is an award-winning snowboarder from right here in Michigan who competes all over the world. He will be at the River Bank Run Junior race to cheer kids on and pass out chocolate milk! He’ll be discussing why milk is such an important part of his everyday nutrition and encouraging kids to stay healthy and keep active.
