Hope men’s basketball bounces back against Kzoo

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — Hope College made a key defensive stop late to hang on for an 87-83 victory over Kalamazoo College Monday night in men’s college basketball action.

Riley Lewis had a big steal in the final seconds. He also led the Flying Dutchmen in scoring with 24 points. Preston Granger added 20 points. 

Hope improves to 12-9 overall and 5-5 in MIAA play.

Kalamazoo, which was led by Ben Reiter’s 23 points, falls to 6-15 overall and 3-7 in the MIAA.
