Tips to make healthy meals from home


GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) – With the state’s current shelter in place policy, we are all cooking from home more than usual.

We talked to Jessi, a Registered Dietitian from Mary Free Bed, to get some tips and inspiration for sticking to a schedule, continuing to eat health and the importance of staying hydrated.
