See the creative process at work

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) Usually when people view art, it is in a gallery, in a public setting, or in someone’s house. A unique event at UICA in Grand Rapids is giving a new perspective to the art process with “Live Coverage.”

“Live Coverage” presented by Wolverine Worldwide allows guests to see artists in the creative process as they create their art. Guests can also bid in silent auctions during the fundraising event. Artists will donate a portion of their sales to UICA and other proceeds support UICA programming and exhibitions.

“Live Coverage” includes food and entertainment. It takes place at UICA on Friday, March 11, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Tickets are $25 for non-members and $10 for members. Learn about tickets and invite your friends through the Facebook event page.
