New director debuts at GR Symphony


GRAND RAPIDS, Mich (WOOD) – The Grand Rapids Symphony brings beautiful performances to DeVos Hall. They have some exciting news, Marcelo Lehninger is making his debut in DeVos Performance Hall as GRS Music Director. Marcelo Lehninger and guest violinist Philippe Quint joined eightWest in studio to share some details.

Since his appointment in June as Grand Rapids Symphony’s 14th music director, Marcelo Lehninger conducts orchestra for the first time in DeVos Performance Hall on Friday and Saturday, October 28-29, for the third program of the 10-concert Richard and Helen DeVos Classical series.
