If you have school-aged students, listen up! According to the Smithsonian Science Education Center, STEM-related jobs grew three times the rate of non-STEM jobs between 2000 and 2010, and it’s now projected that 2.4 million STEM-related jobs go unfilled. In addition to that, STEM occupations out-earn non-STEM fields by up to 30-percent.
