As we continue the conversation about mental health this month, today we’re talking about the third step of the be nice. action plan, challenge. Specifically how we can challenge the stigma of mental illness. Here to talk to us more about this is Christy Buck from the Mental Health Foundation along with John Braganini, with the David Braganini Memorial Fund.

The Stomp Out Stigma Walk for Mental Health Awareness and Suicide Prevention is in its 17th year. It’s on Saturday, May 18th. Gathering begins in the G-V-S-U Seward Parking Lot at 8 a.m.
