GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) Just in time to commemorate the 400th anniversary year of William Shakespeare’s death, Opera Grand Rapids is bringing a musical adaptation of one of his greatest works to the stage.
“Romeo and Juliet” is a beautiful musical adaptation of Shakespeare’s classic tragic love story. The new production is a grandiose presentation with elaborate staging and a huge cast that includes Opera Grand Rapids’ Chorus and the Grand Rapids Symphony.
