Pet of the Week

KCAS Pets of the Week: Danny Boy and Boomba

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Two pups looking for someone to live out their golden years with are this week's pets of the week.

First up is Danny Boy. He is a 7-year-old lab-American Staffordshire terrier mix.

Danny Boy came to the shelter as a stray. This 75-pound pup loves toys, people, belly scratches, going for walks and giving kisses.

Next is Boomba. He also arrived at Kent County Animal Shelter as a stray. Employees say Boomba had a microchip so they could confirm his name, but couldn’t find his family.

Boomba is about 10 years old but doesn’t act like it. This energetic pup loves petting and attention.
