Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital is taking an advanced approach to protecting the brains of children in intensive care. They are the first in our state to offer pediatric Neurocritical Care Services. Dr. Elora Hussain, a pediatric critical care specialist, and Dr. Daniel Fain, a pediatric neurologist, co-leaders of the service came in to talk with us about what it has to offer.
