Grand Rapids Symphony

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Dreamworks Animation has been a staple of great stories, unforgettable characters, and stunning animation for the last 20 years, bringing laughs and delight to audiences of all ages.

The Grand Rapids Symphony will celebrate this with a concert performance of music from DreamWorks films.

Footage from favorites such as Shrek, How to Train Your Dragon, Madagascar, and Kung Fu Panda will be projected on the big screen while the symphony orchestra performs some of the iconic scores from legendary composers such as Hans Zimmer, John Powell, and Danny Elfman amongst others.

A great show for both kids and adults, the performance will be at 8:00 P.M. on Saturday October 22nd in the Devos Performance Hall.
