GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — As the holiday season nears, the Salvation Army says it’s concerned there aren’t enough Angel Tree toy drive donation sites to fulfill the current need.
The number of drop-off locations is down in comparison to 2017.
Although the original deadline to sign up to be a drop-off location has passed, the Salvation Army has extended the invitation to area schools, businesses, churches and other groups who want to participate.
All Angel Tree gifts stay within the West Michigan communities in which they were donated.
