GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) – The Amway River Bank Run is back for its 45th year! After several reschedules from the pandemic participants, families and spectators will once again fill the streets of downtown.
To help get racers ready, our friends at Priority Health have some tips to prepare in a healthy way. Running that distance is no small feat and Priority Health wants you to fuel and physically prepare your body. They are offering some help tips on what to wear, what to eat, how to train and how to listen to your body to ensure you can cross the finish line without injury!
