ST. LOUIS (WOOD) - Detroit Tigers third baseman Miguel Cabrera and Arizona Diamondbacks first baseman Paul Goldschmidt have won this season's Hank Aaron Award.
The award is given to the most outstanding offensive player in each league. It is voted on by fans, the media and Hank Aaron.

This was Cabrera's second consecutive Hank Aaron Award. He led the major leagues by hitting .348, and captured his third straight batting crown. He finished second in the major leagues with 44 homers and 137 runs batted in.
Goldschmidt led the National League with 36 home runs, 125 runs batted in, slugging percentage (.551) and OPS (.893).
