GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - The NCAA has announced which teams will play in the 2013 Division I Men's Ice Hockey West Regional in Grand Rapids.
Minnesota will play Yale at 2 p.m. March 29, followed by North Dakota against Niagara at 5:30 p.m. All games will be televised on ESPNU.
The winners will advance to the regional championship game on March 30 at 4 p.m.
Two-day passes, costing $65, are now available. Single session passes are $35 each and go on sale March 27 at noon. Passes can be purchased at the Van Andel Arena and DeVos Place box offices, Ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster outlets or charge by phone at 800.745.3000.
Quinnipiac is the overall No. 1 seed in the tournament and will play Canisius March 30 in the East Regional at the Dunkin' Donuts Center in Providence, R.I. The other semifinal has Boston College playing Union.
The Midwest Regional is March 30-31 at the Huntington Center in Toledo, with Notre Dame taking on St. Cloud State, and Miami against Minnesota State-Mankato.
The Northeast Regional is March 29-30 at the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester, N.H. These semifinals will feature Massachusetts-Lowell against Wisconsin, and New Hampshire against Denver.
The regional champions will advance to the Frozen Four at the CONSOL Energy Center in Pittsburgh, starting April 11. The national championship game will be April 13.
