GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) -- Two of the peopleaccused in the death of Jonathon Krystiniak outside the MargaritaGrill early this year pled guilty Monday.
Casey Therriault and Luis Gaston pled guilty tomanslaughter. The pleas came on the day jury selection was to beginin their trials.
Gaston will serve up to 2 years in prison, with the agreementthat he will provide truthful testimony against the otherdefendants -- Ryan Simonson, Milton Lopez, Eric Freeman -- in thecase. They each face second-degree murder charges.
Therriault will serve up to 17 months and the prosecution agreedto not ask for more time.
