BANGOR, Mich. (WOOD) - Two Bangor residents in connection with break-ins in several counties, according to the Van Buren County Sheriff's Department.
Lori Ann Evans, 34, and 26-year-old David Lee Evans were tracked down, according to the sheriff's department, after they sold stolen property to a local business in the Bangor area.
The married couple was taken into custody after searches of their car and apartment turned up what the sheriff's department says are stolen goods.
Authorities say thousands of dollars' worth of stolen guns, electronics, jewelry and housewares were recovered.
The pair hsa been linked to break-ins in Allegan, Kent, Mecosta, Osceola and Van Buren counties.
Both face a charge of felony receiving and concealing stolen property. David Evans is also charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm.
He is being held on $250,000 bond. Lori Evans is being held on $125,000 bond. Both remained in the Van Buren County Jail Wednesday.
