HOLLAND, Mich. (AP) - Hope College says it has set an enrollment record for the third consecutive year.
The Holland school said in a posting on its website that it has 3,388 students. It's the eighth consecutive year that enrollment has been above 3,200.
Last year's enrollment was buoyed by a record 904 first-time students. Seeking to moderate the overall increase, the school enrolled 822 first-time students this year.
Hope College is a liberal arts school that's affiliated with the Reformed Church in America.
