Ottawa County commissioners on Tuesday approved using all of its$31 million allotment to help Continental Dairy Products.
In April, Continental announced its plans for a $90 millionproject to convert the Delphi plant into a facility capable ofproducing powdered milk. The plant is set to open this spring at999 W. Randall St. and should create 70 jobs over two years.
