GRAND HAVEN TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) - Two of three people were injured when two vehicles collided, nearly head-on, along an Ottawa County road.
The wreck occurred around 12:20 p.m. Sunday on Mercury Drive near 148th Avenue in Grand Haven Township.
Deputies said 18-year-old Meagan Morehouse was traveling west when her vehicle crossed the center lane and collided with an oncoming pickup truck.
Morehouse, from Grand Haven, was pinned in her crossover vehicle. Firefighters extricated her, and then rescue personnel transported her to a hospital for treatment to a broken leg and arm.
Police said the truck was driven by 25-year-old Donald Ashley, who was uninjured. Dustin Young, 24, was the passenger and suffered a minor arm injury.
Thirty-three-year-old Ronald T. Smith II was grew up in Warren.
