REED CITY, Mich. (WOOD) - Osceola County Road Commission Manager Clifford Youngs was arrested and arraigned on Thursday for perjury stemming from an embezzlement investigation.
Michigan State Police troopers from the Hart and Mt. Pleasant posts acted on a warrant resulting from an investigation that alleges Youngs, 42, misappropriated county funds.
Youngs was arrested at his workplace and taken to the Osceola County Jail. He faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
He does not yet face any embezzlement charges.
