NORTON SHORES, Mich. (WOOD) - There were no developments overnight regarding the search of a Norton Shores woman who was abducted last month from her workplace.
Jessica Heeringa, 25, disappeared April 26 from the Exxon Mobil gas station on Sternberg Road.
Blood found at the scene is Heeringa's, and police suggest there was a struggle between her and the suspect.
24 Hour News 8 talked to Norton Shores Police Chief Daniel Shaw Thursday morning to discuss some angles in the case, including many versions of the suspect's van being spotted at other gas stations in the area, and investigators no longer focusing on a certain person of interest.
