MUSKEGON, Mich. (WOOD) - Police say the Thursday shooting of 16-year-old girl in Muskegon may be related to drugs.
Muskegon police were made aware of the incident around 1:08 p.m. after the teen arrived at a local hospital in a private vehicle. Her injuries are considered non-life-threatening.
Around 1:11 p.m., shots fired in the area of Wood Street and Isabella Avenue were reported to 911.
According to Muskegon PD, the incidents may be related to drug activity.
