WYOMING, Mich. (WOOD) - A woman was injured while inside her Wyoming residence after bullets were fired into the home, police said.
Officers responded around 12:45 a.m. Monday to the 2600 block of Longfellow Avenue SW.
The 55-year-old victim was transported to a hospital and listed as stable, according to a police news release.
Witnesses told police they saw two males get out of a vehicle prior to the shooting and then drive away.
Police have not released descriptions of the suspects, and the description of the vehicle is vague at this time.
A neighbor told 24 Hour News 8 the victim has been living at this home for about a week.
