GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) - When President Obama makes his commencement address tothe 2010 graduates of Kalamazoo Central High School, Air Force One will land at Gerald R. Ford International Airport.
Airport officials told 24 Hour News 8 they've received "initialnotification" from the White House that the president will use thelarger airport in Grand Rapids for his flight into and out of thearea next Monday.
Officials from the airport are meeting with the president'sadvance team to work out the details. No further information on howthe president will get from Grand Rapids to Kalamazoo are availableat this time.
